Reza Ghoochannejhad (born 1987) is an Iranian footballer. He was born in Mashhad on 20 September 1987.

Reza Ghoochannejhad competed in association football as a wing half. His career took in FC Emmen (in 2009), 12 appearances and 1 goal, Standard Liège (2013–2014), 10 appearances and 4 goals, SC Cambuur (2010–2011), 37 appearances and 15 goals, Sint-Truidense V.V. (2011–2013), 31 appearances and 18 goals and Go Ahead Eagles (2006–2007), 13 appearances and 4 goals. He had begun working by 2005.

Reza Ghoochannejhad appeared at the 2014 FIFA World Cup, the 2015 AFC Asian Cup and the 2018 FIFA World Cup. He studied at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

FC Emmen was founded in 1925.
