Rebiya Kadeer

Rebiya Kadeer (born 1947) is a Chinese Uyghur politician, activist and businesswoman. She was born in Altay City on 21 January 1947.

Rebiya Kadeer served as National People's Congress deputy and member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Rebiya Kadeer was awarded Rafto Prize (2004).
