His early work involved stunt double roles in Mortal Kombat Annihilation for actors Robin Shou and James Remar, alongside cameos as monsters. He later served as the fight stunt double for Christopher Walken in the film Sleepy Hollow, specifically in the sequences depicting the Headless Horseman.

Park achieved recognition for his portrayal of the Sith Lord Darth Maul in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace.
