In 1997, she joined the École nationale de la magistrature, later serving as a legal auditor in Bobigny and a judge in Péronne.
Ministerial and European Roles
After serving as a spokesperson for Nicolas Sarkozy during his 2007 presidential campaign, Dati was appointed Minister of Justice. Her tenure involved significant reforms of the judicial system.
