Early Development and Refune
Born in 1989 in Stockholm, Sweden, Jettman attended the Östra Real school. His entry into the professional electronic music landscape began following a meeting with Sebastian Ingrosso. This association facilitated his involvement with the record label Refune. During this period, he toured as both a disc jockey and a producer, working closely with Ingrosso. His early collaborative work included the track iTrack, created alongside Tim Bergling—also known as Avicii—and Oliver Ingrosso.

The year 2010 marked a shift in his trajectory following a remix of Imogen Heap’s Hide and Seek, which Tim Bergling utilized in his own production. His professional output expanded with remixes for Dada Life and Burns. By 2012, Million Voices achieved significant commercial success, securing a spot on the BBC Radio 1 A playlist and reaching the top 15 of the UK Singles Chart. The single attained gold certification in Australia, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Sweden, while earning platinum status in Belgium.
Production and Collaborations
Beyond his solo work, Jettman contributed to mainstream pop productions, notably co-writing and co-producing Britney Spears’ single Work Bitch in 2013. His output continued into 2014 with the release of the single Parachute, which premiered on the BBC1 radio show hosted by Danny Howard. That same year, he released a rework of Bebe Rexha’s I Can’t Stop Drinking About You, which he performed during the summer at the Ushuaïa club in Ibiza and at the Bråvalla Festival.
Later Releases
In 2015, the producer released the single Next to Me. This was followed in 2016 by Dying for You, a collaboration featuring Lindsey Stirling and Alex Aris. The latter track received an official video release in February 2016, following the earlier debut of a lyric video on YouTube. Throughout this period, Jettman maintained his status as a disc jockey and producer, continuing to navigate the evolving electronic music industry.
