Mohammed Ibrahim Mohammed Al-Breik began his football career within the Al-Hilal youth academy, where he trained from 2009 until his promotion to the first team in 2014. A defender operating primarily as a right-back, he transitioned from domestic development to significant professional contributions across various Saudi Arabian clubs, ultimately earning recognition for his defensive consistency and trophy-winning career.

Professional Development and Early Loan

After departing the Al-Hilal youth system, Al-Breik gained senior experience through a loan move. On 29 January 2015, he joined Al-Raed, where he made 13 appearances. His efforts helped the club accumulate 18 points, effectively steering the team clear of the relegation zone.

Tenure at Al-Hilal

Returning to Al-Hilal, he scored his first goal against Al-Ta'awon on 20 October 2015. Under manager Ramón Díaz, he established himself as a regular starter. His time with the club involved numerous honors, including the Crown Prince Cup and, during the 2016–17 season, his first league and King Cup titles. He made 129 appearances and scored 5 goals for the club before his departure. On 3 September 2024, he transferred to Neom.

International Representation

Al-Breik received his first selection for the Saudi Arabia national team on 4 November 2015 for qualification matches. Since 2016, he has logged 30 appearances and one goal for his country. His international career included representation in tournaments hosted in Russia and Qatar.

Honours and Recognition

Throughout his career at Al-Hilal, he secured multiple titles, including the Saudi Professional League championships in 2016–17, 2017–18, 2019–20, 2020–21, 2021–22, and 2023–24. He also lifted the King Cup four times and the Saudi Super Cup four times. He earned the AFC Champions League title in 2019 and 2021. Individually, he was named to the IFFHS AFC Man Team of the Year in 2020 and the IFFHS AFC Men's Team of the Decade for 2011–2020.
