Loren Legarda (born 1960) is the President pro tempore of the Senate of the Philippines since 2022. Legarda was born in Malabon on 28 January 1960.
Legarda served as Member of the Senate of the Philippines (1998–2004), majority leader of the Senate of the Philippines (2002–2004), Member of the Senate of the Philippines (2007–2019) and member of the House of Representatives (2019–2022).
Legarda was awarded Asia's Most Influential Philippines (2021). She was educated at University of the Philippines and National Defense College of the Philippines.
Legarda married Antonio Leviste. She had one recorded child, Leandro Leviste.
