Lilia Podkopayeva (born 1978) is an Ukrainian artistic gymnast, coach, and dancer. She was born in Donetsk on 15 August 1978.

Lilia Podkopayeva took part in gymnastics at the 1996 Summer Olympics – women's artistic individual all-around, gymnastics at the 1996 Summer Olympics – women's balance beam and gymnastics at the 1996 Summer Olympics – women's floor. She was educated at Serhiy Bubka College of Olympic Reserve.
