Duska represented Greece at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest with the track Better Love, released on 6 March 2019. After successfully qualifying from the first semi-final, she finished in 21st place during the grand final, earning a total of 74 points. She described the entry as a pro-human song during the promotional period of the competition.
