The Prince of Battenberg, who had resigned as the ruler of the Principality of Bulgaria in 1886, adopted the style of Count von Hartenau. Upon their marriage, Loisinger assumed the title of Countess von Hartenau. The couple established a residence in Graz, Austria, and raised two children: Assen, born in 1890, and Zvetana, born in 1893.

Final Years and Legacy
Loisinger remained in Vienna for the remainder of her life. She died on 20 July 1951 at the age of 86. Her interment took place at the Friedhof St. Leonhard in Graz, the same cemetery where her daughter Zvetana had been laid to rest previously.
