Colombian-French politician

Ingrid Betancourt (born 1961) is a Colombian politician. Betancourt was born in Bogotá on 25 December 1961.

The public offices recorded are member of the Chamber of Representatives of Colombia (1994–1998) and member of the Senate of Colombia (1998–2002).
