Professional Beginnings and Retail Leadership
The business career of Staškevičius originated with the purchase of a barbershop alongside partner Nerijus Numavičius. This venture served as a precursor to his involvement with the VP Group, a private company he established with eight other partners. Within that structure, he managed the retail chain Maxima between 2003 and 2005. Following this period, he transitioned to the pharmaceutical sector, accepting the position of head manager for the drugstore chain Euro-Vaistinė in 2005. He pursued higher education at Vilnius University, completing studies within its Medical Department before subsequently studying law.
