Haakon, Crown Prince of Norway (born 1973) is the Crown Prince of Norway. He was born in Rikshospitalet on 20 July 1973.
Haakon, Crown Prince of Norway received Annette Thommessens minnepris (2005), Bridgebuilder Prize (2011), Knight Grand Cross with Collar of the Order of Saint Olav (1991), Order of the Three Stars, 1st Class and Order of the White Star, 1st Class. He appeared at lighting the Olympic cauldron, World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2014, World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2013 and World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2015. He was elected to Haakon and Mette-Marit, Crown Prince and Crown Princess of Norway and Norwegian royal family. He studied at London School of Economics and Political Science, University of Oslo and University of California, Berkeley.
Haakon, Crown Prince of Norway was the son of Harald V of Norway and Queen Sonja of Norway. He married Mette-Marit, Crown Princess of Norway. He had two recorded children, Princess Ingrid Alexandra of Norway and Prince Sverre Magnus of Norway. He is recorded as following the Church of Norway.
