4 June 1986 marked the birth of Fahriye Evcen in Solingen, Germany, a location that shaped the early life of this future performer. Early Career and Education

During a vacation in Turkey, Evcen appeared on a program hosted by Oya Aydoğan. This appearance facilitated an introduction to producer İbrahim Mertoğlu, marking her entry into the professional acting sphere. While maintaining her focus on screen roles, she pursued formal education at Boğaziçi University, where she studied history to supplement her earlier schooling in Germany.

Television and Cinema Progression

Her television breakthrough occurred with the series Yaprak Dökümü, which aired between 2006 and 2010. She continued this success with the 2013-2014 series Çalıkuşu, an adaptation of the Reşat Nuri Güntekin novel. Her cinematic ventures include the 2008 debut Cennet and the feature Aşk Tutulması. Throughout her career, she has shared the screen with actors such as Engin Akyürek in the 2017 series Ölene Kadar, Murat Yıldırım in the film Sonsuz Aşk, and Burak Özçivit in Aşk Sana Benzer. In 2021, she appeared as Akça Hatun in Alparslan: Büyük Selçuklu.

Family and Commercial Interests

Evcen comes from a family with mixed heritage; her mother is of Circassian descent, while her paternal lineage traces back to Turkish immigrants from the Ottoman-era town of Kavala. On 29 June 2017, she married actor and model Burak Özçivit in Istanbul. The couple has two sons, Karan, born on 13 April 2019, and Kerem, born on 18 January 2023. Beyond acting, she launched a clothing brand named Ivy People in 2021.
