Charles Robberts Swart (1894–1982) was a South African politician, journalist and minister. Swart was born in Winburg on 5 December 1894. He died in Bloemfontein on 16 July 1982, at the age of 88.
Swart served as State President of South Africa (1961–1967), Governor-General of the Union of South Africa (1959–1961) and Minister of Education.
Swart studied at University of the Free State and Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
Swart married Cornelia Wilhelmina de Klerk.
