Personal Life and Final Years
Leung married singer Irene Ryder in 1975, with whom he had a daughter. The marriage ended in divorce during the 1980s. In 1995, he married Song Xiang at his Baolong Hotel in Shenzhen. The couple had a daughter and a son, both of whom trained in martial arts. Leung remained in Shenzhen until his death on 14 January 2026, at the age of 77, following a period of heart failure.
