Boualem Khoukhi (born 1990) is an Algerian Qatari association football player. He was born in Bou Ismaïl on 9 July 1990.
Boualem Khoukhi competed in association football as a wing half. He turned out for Al-Arabi SC (2009–2017), 101 appearances and 27 goals, JSM Chéraga (2007–2009), the Algeria national under-23 football team (in 2010), 2 appearances, the Qatar men's national football team (from 2014), 125 appearances and 21 goals and Al Sadd Sports Club (from 2017), 82 appearances and 11 goals. The active career dates from 2009.
Boualem Khoukhi took part in the 2015 AFC Asian Cup, the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the 2013 WAFF Championship and 22nd Arabian Gulf Cup.
