Andrey Makarevich

Soviet and Russian rock musician

Andrey Makarevich (born 1953) is a Russian singer, poet and composer. Makarevich was born in Moscow on 11 December 1953.

Makarevich received Order of Honour (1999), Medal "Defender of a Free Russia" (1993), Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1991), People's Artist of the Russian Federation (1999) and Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 4th class (2003). He appeared at Odin na odin and Visiting Dmitry Gordon. He was elected to Mashina Vremeni. He studied at Moscow Architectural Institute and Moscow school number 19.

Makarevich was the son of Vadim Makarevich. He married Einat Klein. He had one recorded child, Ivan Makarevich.
