Formative Years in Hampshire
Maude developed her initial aptitude for the game at Ellingham and Ringwood RFC. This club, notable for fostering England internationals Poppy Cleall and Bryony Cleall, provided the early environment for her development. Her transition to structured competition took place in Gloucestershire, where she attended Hartpury College to advance her physical and tactical training.

Upon advancing to senior levels, Maude secured a position with the Premier 15s club Gloucester-Hartpury. In July 2024, she transferred to Loughborough Lightning. Her debut for the club took place during the PWR Up Series, where she faced Sale Sharks. This move marked her commitment to maintaining a place in the top division of English club rugby.
International Representation
Maude represented England at both under-18 and under-20 levels before receiving a central contract with the senior national rugby sevens team in December 2021. Her tournament history includes the HSBC World Sevens Series in Canada during April 2022, the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, and the 2022 Rugby World Cup Sevens in Cape Town. By late 2024, she earned selection for the Great Britain national squad, participating in the 2024-25 SVNS series, which commenced in Dubai on 30 November 2024.
