Aldo Sebastián Corzo Chávez made his senior international debut on 2 February 2009, appearing in a friendly against El Salvador under the guidance of coach Jose 'Chemo' del Solar. Since his professional inception, the Lima-born defender has established himself as a fixture in the Peruvian football landscape, spanning both the domestic Liga 1 and several international tournaments.
Early Career and Alianza Lima
Discovered by former player Jaime Duarte while playing in the youth ranks of Club de Regatas Lima, Corzo transitioned to Alianza Lima. Richard Páez promoted him to the first team in 2008. His official debut occurred in August 2008 during a 2–0 win against Sport Boys at Matute. Following this performance, he secured a role in the starting eleven, aiding the club in its battle against relegation and participating in the 2009 Torneo Descentralizado finals.

In January 2010, Corzo signed a two-year contract with Universidad San Martín de Porres. During his tenure, which lasted five seasons, he secured the 2010 Torneo Descentralizado title and appeared in the 2010 Copa Sudamericana, 2011 Copa Libertadores, and 2012 Copa Sudamericana. He later joined Deportivo Municipal for the 2016 season, where he earned a nomination for the best player award after scoring six goals and helping the team reach the playoff semi-finals.
International Representation
Corzo participated in the 2009 South American Youth Championship with the Peru U-20 team. His senior international career includes participation in multiple editions of the Copa América. He played a role in securing the bronze medal in 2011 and earned a silver medal in 2019. Additionally, he was included in the provisional squad for the 2018 World Cup in Russia. His adaptability allows him to function as both a right-back and left-back.
Universitario de Deportes Tenure
In December 2016, Corzo joined Universitario de Deportes. His initial two-season contract included appearances in the qualifying stages of the 2017 and 2018 Copa Libertadores. Following consistent performance, the club renewed his contract for three further seasons. His domestic success at the club level continued with Liga 1 victories in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
