Academic Foundation
Born in Istanbul in 1960, Bozer attended TED Ankara Koleji before pursuing higher education at the Middle East Technical University. He later expanded his credentials in Business Information Systems, earning an MBA from Georgia State University. His academic background also includes studies at the University of Georgia, providing the technical basis for his career in business administration and financial management.

Bozer entered the headquarters of Coca-Cola in 1990, taking on the role of Financial Control Manager. By 1992, he moved back to Turkey to serve as the Region Finance Manager. He maintained this focus on internal operations through the mid-1990s, holding the titles of Finance Director and Deputy Managing Director of the company's bottling operations in Turkey between 1994 and 1999.
Leadership in International Markets
In 2006, Bozer assumed the role of President of the Eurasia & Middle East Division. His scope of responsibility expanded significantly on July 1, 2007, when he became President of the Eurasia and Africa Group, overseeing operations across more than 90 countries until the end of 2012. He was promoted to Executive Vice President and President of Coca-Cola International in 2013, overseeing the Asia Pacific, Europe, Eurasia, Africa, and Latin America markets.

Beyond his tenure in executive management, Bozer contributes to corporate governance through several board roles. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for Hepsiburada and Esas Holding. Additionally, he provides strategic guidance as a member of the advisory board for Swire Coca-Cola.
