Aaron Chia Teng Fong (born 1997) is a Malaysian badminton player. Chia was born in Batu Berendam on 24 February 1997.

Chia was awarded Olympic bronze medal (2020), Asia's Most Influential Malaysia (2022), Asia's Most Influential Malaysia (2021), South East Asian Games champion and world champion. He took part in the 2016 Swiss International Badminton Championships – men's doubles, the 2019 All England Badminton Championships – men's doubles, the 2018 Badminton World Championships – men's doubles and badminton at the 2020 Summer Olympics – men's doubles.
