The Feynman Technique
Feynman's approach to understanding any subject: (1) Take a concept and try to explain it as if to a child with no background. (2) Identify where your explanation breaks down or becomes vague — those gaps reveal what you don't actually understand. (3) Go back to the source material and fill those gaps. (4) Simplify further.
