Sergei Makarov is a Russian ice hockey player, born in Chelyabinsk in 1958.
He plays mainly as a winger. He has turned out for San Jose Sharks, HC Fribourg-Gottéron, Dallas Stars, Calgary Flames and Traktor Chelyabinsk. His honours include Order of the Red Banner of Labour, Order of Friendship of Peoples, Medal "For Labour Valour", Hockey Hall of Fame and Order of Honour. He competed at the 1984 Winter Olympics, the 1988 Winter Olympics and the 1980 Winter Olympics.
