Samuel Chukwueze (born 1999) is a Nigerian association football player. He was born in Umuahia on 22 May 1999.
Samuel Chukwueze competed in association football as a wing half. He turned out for AC Milan (from 2023) and the Nigeria men's national football team (from 2018). The active career dates from 2018.
Samuel Chukwueze took part in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, FIFA Under-17 World Cup and UEFA Europa League. He was educated at Government College Umuahia.
