By 2008, he signed with Inter Milan for a fee of €18.6 million. His time in Italy was marked by limited tactical integration under José Mourinho, despite a scoring start. Following a loan period at Chelsea in 2009, he returned to Inter Milan, where he was part of the squad that completed a treble, though he saw minimal playing time.
Tenure in Turkey and Career Longevity
Quaresma joined Beşiktaş in 2010 on a three-year deal. He became a significant presence, winning the Turkish Cup and later two league titles during a second stint at the club beginning in 2015. His career also included a period at Al-Ahli, where he won the President's Cup, and returns to Porto.
