Junior Career Trajectory
Starting his karting career in 2009, Latifi progressed through various European competitions. In 2012, he debuted in the Italian Formula Three Championship, placing seventh. His 2013 season involved concurrent participation in the FIA Formula 3 European Championship and the British Formula 3 International Series. By 2014, he balanced an intense schedule of 53 races across six competitions, including Formula Renault 3.5 and the Macau Grand Prix. He spent 2016 through 2019 racing for DAMS in the GP2 Series and the FIA Formula 2 Championship, finishing as the runner-up in 2019.

Latifi entered Formula One in 2020 as a partner to George Russell at Williams. His debut occurred at the Austrian Grand Prix, where he finished 11th. During the 2021 season, he achieved his first points at the Hungarian Grand Prix and repeated the result in Belgium. In 2022, he recorded a ninth-place finish at the Japanese Grand Prix. His tenure concluded at the end of the 2022 season, when he was replaced by Logan Sargeant.
Academic and Business Transition
Following his exit from motorsport, Latifi shifted his focus toward business. He enrolled at London Business School in 2023 to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA), successfully graduating in 2025. During that same year, he launched Leve Agave Spirit, a mid-strength agave spirit brand with 22% ABV.
