Naif Hazazi (born 1988) is a Saudi footballer. He was born in Jeddah on 27 July 1988.

Naif Hazazi competed in association football as a forward. He turned out for Al Ittihad FC (2006–2013), 82 appearances and 32 goals, Al-Shabab Football Club (2013–2015), 27 appearances and 21 goals, Al-Nassr (2015–2017), 34 appearances and 6 goals, the Saudi Arabia national under-23 football team (2006–2008), 10 appearances and 3 goals and the Saudi Arabia men's national football team (from 2008), 54 appearances and 15 goals. He had begun working by 2006.
