He founded the Namazi Hospital in 1955, designed as a teaching institution, and subsequently established the Namazi Nursing School, the Namazi Children's Orphanage, and the Namazi Art School to serve the local population.

To ensure the continued operation of his charitable institutions, Namazi implemented a model where the earnings generated by the Shiraz Water and Wastewater Company were directed toward the support of the Namazi Hospital. Final Years
Mohammad Namazi died on 9 April 1972 at the age of 76. He passed away within the Namazi Hospital, the institution he founded nearly two decades prior. Following his death, he was buried at the site of the hospital.
