Michael Michai Kitbunchu (born 1929) is a Thai Catholic priest and Catholic bishop. He was born in Sam Phran on 25 January 1929.

Michael Michai Kitbunchu served as Catholic archbishop (1973–2009), cardinal (from 1983) and President of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of Thailand.

Michael Michai Kitbunchu took part in the 2005 conclave. He was educated at Pontifical Urbaniana University.
