Ludmilla Tourischeva (born 1952) is a Russian artistic gymnast. She was born in Grozny on 7 October 1952.

Ludmilla Tourischeva was awarded Order of Lenin, Order of the Red Banner of Labour, Honoured Master of Sports of the USSR, Bronze Olympic Order (1978) and International Gymnastics Hall of Fame (1998). She appeared at the 1968 Summer Olympics, gymnastics at the 1972 Summer Olympics – women's artistic individual all-around, gymnastics at the 1976 Summer Olympics – women's artistic individual all-around and gymnastics at the 1972 Summer Olympics – women's floor. She studied at Rostov State Pedagogical University.
Ludmilla Tourischeva married Valeriy Borzov.
