Jutta Urpilainen (born 1975) is a Finnish politician and teacher. Urpilainen was born in Lapua on 4 August 1975.
Urpilainen served as member of the Parliament of Finland (2003–2011), Minister of Finance (2011–2014) and municipal councillor in Finland.
Urpilainen was awarded Commander of the Order of the White Rose of Finland (2013) and Grand Cross of the Order of the Lion of Finland (2024). She appeared at World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2013 and IMF 2022 Annual Meetings. She studied at University of Jyväskylä.
Urpilainen was the daughter of Kari Urpilainen. She married Juha Mustonen. She is recorded as following Lutheranism.
