Jose Tomas Sanchez (1920–2012) was a Filipino Catholic priest and Catholic bishop. He was born in Pandan on 17 March 1920. He died in Manila on 9 March 2012, at the age of 92.

Jose Tomas Sanchez held office as Roman Catholic Archbishop of Nueva Segovia (1982–1986), cardinal (from 1991), diocesan bishop (from 1976) and titular bishop (from 1968).
