Early Development and Education

Initially, he played keyboards and harmonica, famously performing with his keyboard disconnected for several months while learning chord structures. After the band transitioned into Radiohead and signed with EMI, Greenwood left his studies at Oxford Brookes University to focus on his musical career. His contributions were instrumental to the success of Radiohead, which has sold over 30 million albums and earned an induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019.
