Academic and Real Estate Foundations
Pastor pursued an international education, studying law in France and economic sciences in Italy before completing his studies in real estate construction at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge. His expertise in the property sector led to the management of major projects in the Principality. In 1998, he oversaw the construction of the Gildo Pastor Center, a 90,000 square meter office complex honoring his grandfather.

In 2001, he acquired the automotive company Venturi. Under his ownership, the firm expanded its technical scope, moving into advanced mechanical research and development. By 2021, he pivoted toward space exploration, co-founding the Swiss-based Venturi Lab with Antonio Delfino. This initiative resulted in the development of hyper-deformable wheel technology, unveiled at the 2023 Paris Air Show. Beyond automotive and space interests, he manages La Brasserie de Monaco, a brewery originally launched in 1905 by Prince Albert I.
Public Service and Recognition
Beyond his business pursuits, Pastor serves as the Consul General of Monaco to the United States, a role held since 2015. His contributions to the Principality have been formally acknowledged through several honors. He was appointed a Knight of the Order of Saint-Charles in 2009 by Prince Albert II and received the Knight of the Legion of Honour in 2011.
