Emil Hegle Svendsen (born 1985) is a Norwegian biathlete, cross-country skier and biathlon coach. Svendsen was born in Trondheim on 12 July 1985.

Svendsen received Holmenkollen Medal (2012) and Olavstatuetten (2008). He appeared at the 2006 Winter Olympics, biathlon at the 2010 Winter Olympics – men's individual, biathlon at the 2010 Winter Olympics – men's sprint and biathlon at the 2014 Winter Olympics – men's mass start.
