Legal History
Starting in 2014, Cosby faced numerous allegations of sexual assault, resulting in a 2018 conviction for aggravated indecent assault against Andrea Constand. This conviction was vacated in 2021 by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. In 2022, he was found liable for the sexual assault of Judy Huth, and in 2026, he was found liable for the 1972 assault of Donna Motsinger.
