Her role as Sanjana Bakshi in Main Hoon Na earned her a nomination for the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress. Later, she achieved significant box office success with the 2006 romance Vivah, directed by Sooraj R. Barjatya, where she portrayed a traditionally raised young woman.
