Amha Selassie (1916–1997) was an Ethiopian sovereign. He was born in Harar on 27 July 1916. He died in McLean on 17 January 1997, at the age of 81.

The honours on record include Knight Grand Cross of the Order of Pius IX, Knight Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order (1930), Royal Victorian Chain (1965), Grand Cross of the Order of Isabella the Catholic and Grand Cross of the Order of the Southern Cross. Amha Selassie was the son of Haile Selassie I and Menen Asfaw. He married Wolete Israel Seyoum and Medferiashwork Abebe. He had three recorded children, Zera Yacob, Crown Prince of Ethiopia, Princess Ijigayehu of Ethiopia and Princess Sifrash Bizu. He is recorded as following the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church.
