Born on March 20, 1965, in Manila, Alice Galang Eduardo was the eldest of four children. Her parents, Andres Eduardo and Elisa Galang, maintained diverse commercial interests in garments, rice milling, and rice trading across Bocaue, Bulacan, and Jaen, Nueva Ecija. She managed various family business activities before establishing her own entity.
