Two records, six months apart
The first record was set in a Tokyo club on 9 July 2023. Guinness specifies the conditions plainly: over an hour of music, a packed dancefloor, and an age of six years and 155 days. Club sets have a minimum duration for record purposes, which is why the hour is stated rather than implied.
The second came on 21 January 2024 at Neon Oasis '24 in Taipei City, Taiwan, where she was six years and 351 days old, a fortnight short of her seventh birthday. Guinness lists that as the youngest female DJ to perform at a music festival. A club booking and a festival slot are separate categories, which is how two records arrived inside seven months.
A YouTube video and a Christmas present
Her own account of the beginning, as published by Guinness World Records Kids, is short. She was dancing first. At four she saw a video of a female DJ online and wanted to try it. At five she was given a DDJ-200 controller — a compact entry-level unit — as a Christmas present, and started.
The two DJs she names as inspirations, Amelie Lens and Nina Kraviz, are both techno artists with international touring careers. That points at the music rather than at a novelty act: the Tokyo set is described as house, and the influences she cites sit in the same lineage.
What she says about the records
Guinness quotes her directly on the subject of being overtaken, which in youngest-ever categories is a matter of time rather than possibility. "If you want to break my records, I think you should give it a go," she said. "Not only for the records, but also to entertain everyone."
The Guinness profile also lists interests outside the booth: hip-hop and jazz dance, skateboarding, keyboard, drawing and insect collecting. It is, in other words, the profile of a child who DJs, which is the accurate way to read the story.
What is documented — and what is not
The Guinness page gives the record titles, the exact ages in days, the dates, the venues and her equipment. It does not give her real name. DJ RINOKA is a stage name, and searches for a legal name return nothing verifiable in the sources used here.
Her exact date of birth is not published either, although it can be narrowed: an age of six years and 155 days on 9 July 2023 places her birthday in early February, which is consistent with a 2017 birth year. Her family is not named, her school is not identified, and no touring schedule beyond the two recorded performances appears in the source. Those omissions are appropriate for a child of her age and should be treated as such.

IQ-Test starten →Why the category keeps moving
Youngest-DJ records have turned over repeatedly as controllers have become cheap and simple enough for small hands. The DDJ-200 she was given costs a fraction of professional club equipment and connects to a phone or laptop, which is part of why the barrier to entry has collapsed.
The harder part of these records is not the equipment but the booking. A club has to put a six-year-old on its bill, and a festival has to give her a slot in front of a paying crowd. Both of Rinoka's records rest on venues agreeing to that, in Tokyo and then in Taipei, and on her holding an audience for the full hour Guinness requires.
